Toxa and her grim, war torn friend Damion.
He is a rather grumpy and secretive individual who lives out in the wilderness, while Toxa lives in the city. Being very uncomfortable in highly populated areas, due to his abnormal height and powerful magic, means Toxa doesn't get to see him very often, which he prefers.
Not so much because he doesn't like seeing her but because he is stuck fighting in a war, which has caused him a lot of pain and bloodshed. He doesn't want her getting dragged into it.

When he isn't fighting in that war, he spends his downtime studying to improve his magicl and skills and when he isn't doing that, he is helping his team with other issues. He is second in command of the group that helps protect Mayor Alberts village. The Mayor doesn't like him, the two have a bit of a history.
