I thought...Hey...since Voltorb and Electrode are linked to Poke Ball manufacturing, why couldn't THEY capture other Pokemon inside themselves? Then I thought...what if THAT were how they ate? (I know they eat electricity, but it was mostly for giggles.) I initially planned on it having A LOT of other small Pokemon inside it's...let's say belly-but I'm not the best at drawing multiple characters, or game-style Pokemon in general.
