Oh, you're gay? What a coincidence! Die Mad is too, and he loves it.
This pride was the first I've experienced without someone screaming in my face about how I'm going to hell. Being gay or bi or trans are all just variations of human psychology, and the sooner people understand that, the sooner the world will become a better place.
All the bigots can, ya know, die mad about it. Progress marches on. Being yourself is beautiful. And, of course, being LGBT is fuckin awesome.

My best friend who's working as an impromptu therapist until I get a new one is transgender. She's legit one of the best people ever.
She helped me accept being attracted as well as deprogram me from fundamentalist Christian brainwashing, kind of heartwarmingly ironic knowing she's Christian herself, and lives up to the messages of peace and love.
I wouldn't be around still if it weren't for her.
Lettuce guacamole bacon tomato is delicious too

Wonderful artwork and wonderful opinion you got there!
I'm a bisexual genderfluid! funny huh? :)))
My colleague was borm female but is a transgender... and every part of him is awesome! ^w^
I'm still too faint-hearted to out myself on my work... that i'm a genderfluid... and it's also too difficult to explain people, what gernderfluids actually are...
i told some but they say i'm transgender, what i am not... i don't want to look like a man or want a male body... they don't understand what it means to be genderfluid... what the differences are... it's somehow depressing xD

thank you!
i feel as if part of the misunderstanding is thinking that all gender nonconforming people who use different labels are the same thing as trans people. on the one hand it means that trans people are being acknowledged as a thing that exists, but on the other it means that everyone has to put up with the idea that not following traditional gender roles makes you trans as opposed to idk genderfluid, gender variant, or just apathetic about the whole thing. mark my words, someday people won't be so ignorant about it.

it means a lot to me that something i created can make people feel this way. i'm genuinely glad you enjoy it. having grown up in a southern bible belt as a Very Obvious Gay i understand what it's like to be treated like an inferior being for existing differently. the world is a very cruel place to those in any minority, but if we can maintain solidarity among people like ourselves and persevere, we can do anything. sometimes just existing as who you are is a radical statement against the hate. i hope your situation improves and you get to live as who you truly feel you are.
tbh pride as, like, an event you participate in is just commercialism being perpetuated by corporations who just view us as another potential demographic to buy their shit. it's more a party for anyone who pays the fee and wants to wear rainbow
the concept of not being ashamed of being gay or trans tho? that's the good shit
