"he-" * i am cut off by a colossal hunk of cake being shoved in my maw, causing my belly to balloon considerably* "erm sorry about about that, i-" *i am once again cut off by a extremely enthusiastic spectral hand shoving a whole pizza rolled up down my throat, i let out a crow of delight*
*the hands pause for a second and hover around obviously impatiently* "thanks for that mate!"* i wipe the huge volume of crumbs that have accumulated in between the folds of my many new chins* "They never seem to give me a break!" *i burp loudly followed by a large complaint from my stomach* "so, you willing to help a fatty in need?"
"Good idea! I would quite like to leave here without bursting or becoming immobile and to be honest I'm not that far off either of those at the moment!" *I very poignantly show this by shifting to get up and wincing.* "can you help me mate?" *I rase a flabby hand in request*

*they flee and the remaining hands get the message and flee* "thanks for that mate! i wasn't sure i would last much longer in there!" *i point at my belly to indicate that my belly was rapidly approaching failure* "ugh i could really use some belly rubs right now in particular"
