makes me think of those things that live so far deep in the ocean you'd have to be inside of some kind of super strong can to not be crushed by the pressure of the depth, or watching through the camera of some kind of robotic one. the kind that have pretty colored glowing things inside their transparent stomachs.
wouldn't surprise me some forms of life on some world might be like them.
we've even got a water world with an ice surface somewhere in our own solar system.
