“One cherry popsicle please!”
Looking at another hot, humid summer day, Amelia decided to pack up and hit the beach to cool off. While she was not a fan of the heat, or summer, she did love spending any free time she could at the beach, mostly trying (and failing) to surf, dipping her toes in the water, or just lazing under a tall palm tree to keep cool. It was the simple things that made her happy…
Grabbing her surfboard, and a popsicle to snack on, she made her way to a nearby tree to cool off and attempt to call up Whisper one last time before hitting the water. She had called some of her friends to see if anyone wanted to keep her company, only to be met with their busy work schedules and excuses. Ah well, she would tell them about her beach day…after she got back home that is, haha. As she watched the waves start to pick up, she quickly finished off her popsicle and sprinted towards the water- today would be the day she conquered the waves~
I was glancing through my gallery and realized I barely have any beach art of Amelia…yeah, I had to alleviate that little problem! And whom better to do so than my new favorite human artist Dan! I have to say he did an absolutely wonderful job on Amelia- though I have to admit I am a tad bit jealous of my character. Why can’t I look that good in a swimsuit?! The struggle is real (Kidding, kidding…not really, LOL).
Expect a few more pieces of Amelia coming soon- I found some awesome artists that I am really excited to see bring her to life for me. And do not worry, Whisper will also be hitting the beach shortly for some fun…I will try to remind her to leave her katana at home this year-
