I haven't done art for my otter 'sona in a good while, and thanks to jokingly asking in the forums about whether I should use a tiger or otter 'sona, I decided to take another stab at this (hopefully) otterly handsome feller.
There's lots I want to do to spruce this up a bit, but for now I think it'll work for something as a placeholder until I figure out how I want to texture fur, fix the chain, etc., etc., etc. My skills just fall well below my ambition for now. X3
