So, down to only one option on who to try his luck with in restoring him to his normal size, the lugia banked himself in his flight and started to head back to the area he was previously at, hoping that another shrinkage spell won't hit by the time he arrives.

A soft hum would come from the witchy fox as the end of her wand glowed, the psychic power from it grasping hold of one of the large apples that hung from one of the trees branches. With a firm tug, the stem of the apple would snap, being held only by the energy that surrounded it.
Close by, the lugia would watch, interest being dwarfed by worry and even a hint of shyness, just watching the delphox harvest the large fruit that he remembered all to well. After a couple of minutes, a sigh would come from him as he silently hoped that the delphox could help, starting to step out from his spot and move towards the delphox. Each step had uncertainty as the small lugia drew closer, starting to have second thoughts about meeting the delphox again after all that had happened. His thoughts though were interrupted when a tingling sensation started to go through his body, one he almost instantly recognized and just as quickly dreaded, a yell of despair slipping from him, unwittingly catching the delphox's attention when she heard him.
A quick glance down shown the ground rushing up to him, the grass that would have originally been up to his ankles for his normal size was starting to creep up to be even taller than him. Dropping onto all-fours, the lugia soon felt the shrinkage subside, eyes squeezed shut as he tried to regain his composure, breathing heavily as well. Inaudible words of worry were coming out from him, silently wishing that this wasn't real, that he was back to the way things were prior to finding and eating some of those apples. A shake of the ground would easily bring him out of his line of thought, heart sinking as his eyes bolted open, slowly and shakily starting to look up…and up even further than he expected.
Standing over him was the same delphox that put him into the very situation he was in, one of her hands resting on a hip as she gazed down at the tiny lugia, whom wasn't even knee height to her now. The lugia would only tremble in his spot, tears welling up as he tried to will himself to move, only to find that his body wouldn't respond due to his fear. The only thing he found that he could do was let out a fairly rapid series of pleas and apologies for what he did, not wanting to face the delphox's wrath for returning to this place.

Right...while I do have some frames to make a partial sixth part, I'd rather leave the sequence here as it is, so that folks can make up their own conclusion for this, cause I know that I'll end up forgetting about resuming this at some point. While I do have plans for both a good ending and a bad ending, I really don't feel arsed to pick up where I left off at. >~>;
Map(s) used: gm_wendylin_island, gm_hillhouse.
Tool(s) used: Model Manipulator, Advanced Bone Tool, Ragdoll Mover, Ragdoll Resizer (OLD), Easy Bodygroup Tool, Prop Resizer.
Entity(ies) used: Expensive Light (New).
All visual effects are achieved with the use of the Super DoF(Depth of Field) and usage of Life Mod, which allows various color alterations, hues, and bloom effects to make for some truly spectacular shots.
Edits were done in GIMP, moving the eye position in frame nine, with another stacked shrinkage effect in frame ten.

Pity you're not officially ending this one of two ways cause I was hoping for closure in a way, (maybe with him being shrunken down further either because of the Delphox or more likely time ticking away and the spell making him shrink even further, til the Delphox can hold him atop a paw or even finger).
A good ending would be her helping him out of it...but still at a deficit of his height, (not his current tiny size but not his Lugia height obviously)

Not bad fr some ideas.
My thoguhts on the endings. Was this.
Bad ending one: The Delphox Grabs the Lugia by the neck, and kills the poor lugia, by snapping his neck. The shrunken effect instantly, goes away. but now he is dead for good. Likely turning him into a ghost type like gastly.
Bad ending two: Delphox decides to fix him up. But with a nasty twist. His tiny size, grows into a slightly bigger than his old size. However his mind is corrupted and he turns into a shadow lugia. To make sure he is Delphox's pet. She plants a gem right on the top of his head. Allowing her to keep him as a pet for good.
Good ending one: The Delphox knew the lugia had learned his lesson. So Delphox helps the lugia out. and fixes him. Under one condition. The Lugia has to work for Delphox for at least a month or two.
The lugia isn't too happy about the forced to work for Delphox. But it's better than to be a bug that is as good as dead. Plus he won't be small ever again. In the end. He is twice to thrice his original lugia size. and fat. His bigger size does help cultivate Delphox's farm or whatever it does. In turn. The Lugia is well fed and even perhaps become decent friends.
Good ending two (Well more like a mixed ending.): The Delphox gets a very devious idea that could benefit her by the tons. But also something that can work for Lugia as well. So the Delphox, gives lugia some contaminated Apples, for him to eat to grow again.
The Lugia does by that. Eat them up out of desperation, from what Delphi offers him. Hoping he will be normal. But alas, His tiny body. Grows bigger and fatter. Turning him right back into a huge, fat borb he was last time. and then some more.
He gets used as a fun attraction for the world's biggest and fattest lugia. Easily helping delphox out by the tons with easy money gains. Of course the Delphox would make sure the Lugia, won't go empty handed. With some money share. (smaller portion.) And some biggening and fattening food.
