For those who are interested in the backstory. He lost his arm to the one he believed was his brother for years. But he found out that everything he believed in was a lie. In the last fight, he lost his arm to him and a few months later when his outer wounds where healed, the ones inside were still bleeding like crazy.
For almost a year after the incident, he still refused to get a replacement arm. His inner wounds never healed and probably will never.
