You seem to be under the impression that Tal has obtained this image without the knowledge or expressed consent of the character's owner.
Tal wouldn't have the positive reputation he does by being a cunt and deliberately disregarding the preferences of others in the community.

Oof that is a heck of alot of dragon-shaped food bulging it's way tightly down the gullet head last, you can see everything from the front paws above that stretched collar and the vague shape of the dragon preys head and horns! <3
