Hmm imagine a whole town of relatives of moneybags, and he is literally trying to bribe you to leave so you don't see baby pictures or hear embarrassing stories from neighbors.
"Hey spyro, over here, uh can you please leave. I'll pay you 100 gems not too....."
Lady comes walking over
"Oh this is the purple dragon you have been writing about. My name is (insert name) I'm pennyworth's, mother. We all called him penny because he was so small. I see he still like to play hide and seek"
"Mom, please we are business partners" aside to spyro "take the money and scram, it is bad enough she has taken a like to you"
More people come walking over and want help from spyro
~moneybag's sighs, and walks off~
Later, spyro finds moneybags on a bench in the middle of park.
"I just wanted to come home and show my parents how much of a successful person i had become, and then you come flying in through a portal and become the main attraction, even my own mom gawking, you know how that makes me feel"
Spyro "can't say i do"
"WORTHLESS, you don't know how it is just to be a third wheel, the guy who was never invited to parties, now look at me, nothing more than a bum on a bench"
