For some reason this reminds me of that family guy episode where Stewie kills Lois, and he's talking to brian all psychotically about being all talk and no action whilst turning his head sideways, then when he gets his head about 90 degrees sideways it gets stuck and he's all "oh, oh jeez, I think I screwed up my neck, little help here?"
