This was posted back in May. I went back and tried my hand at some Tiny Toons characters, starting with Babs. Originally I was gonna draw actual Florida background stuff, but instead I decided to go with a postcard theme, along with my own recreation of a Hotline Miami background (I had been listening to a lot of retro wave stuff).
