
Recipe for my mom's pasta:
Ingredient for sauce:
1 sliced canned mushrooms
1 can of prego carbonara sauce
1 large red onion (sliced)
1 packet of chicken cocktail sausages
dash of salt and pepper to taste
1 level tablespoon of butter/margerine
1 level tablespoon of sugar
1 packet of minced beef
1/5 cup of water
Instructions:
1 Add butter/margerine to large saucepan till melted, then add sliced red onion to sauteed
2 Onced done, add minced beef to the pan and cook till brown. Then add salt and pepper to taste and add sugar to the pot
3 once cooked thoroughly, add in the mushrooms and carbonara sauce to the mix and stir thoughtful
4 Add in the chicken cocktail sausages to the mix till blended
5 Add in water to smooth the sauce bit by bit till satisfied with the smoothness of the sauce. If not satisfied, add more water
6 You're done!
Ingredients for the pasta:
1 serving portion of pasta (any pasta will do)
1 tablespoon of butter/margerine
1 1/2 cups of water
Instructions :
1 Add in water to a pot then boil until you see small bubbles forming
2 Add the butter/margerine to the water till melted
3 Add the pasta to the water and cook as instructed on the package
4 Drain the water and serve on top of the plate
5 You're done!
