Yet another commission from Essence_Of_Rapture
There's a story behind this with the characters involved, but I haven't written it yet.

Basic idea is, during Diantha's initial years in her cabal, her unit was sent to "investigate a situation" regarding some krogan ships that had set up in Turian space. When they arrived, they found that only one of the ships was krogan, the others belonging to a rather aggressive group of raiders. After wiping out the (remaining) raiders and searching the ship for survivors, Silanus and Diantha discovered something surprising tucked away in storage--an incubator containing several Krogan eggs. Unfortunately, the unit had been damaged by the fighting, which by the state of the ship's exterior had been going on some time prior to capture, and many of the eggs had been destroyed. One lucky egg survived, and was in the process of hatching--which we see right here. The only survivor of the Krogan crew, picked up to be brought to safety.
