Ahsan looks so beautiful and the stuff of fantasies here. But, having read Legacy, kind of makes me feel a bit guilty for “drooling” over him in this. As beautiful as the art is it’s knowing the story behind the piece makes it much more enjoyable and able to hit more than just one emotion.
You know, I honestly prefer this version.
Please don't get me wrong--I love the original. I've always liked Ashan, and for me, this picture perfectly captures the poignant, bittersweet duality in his character.
But sometimes, the most enticing is what isn't revealed...
