The rules are:

-his name is rocket.
-he absolutely must have a tail that represents a rocket blasting off/smoke/etc


Well you can't get more like a rocket than a rocket, and this image came to mind, so I started watching Dead Leaves on youtube and got drawing. :3
And with a rocket-tail, you absolutely need indicator and brake-light boots, unless you want someone accidentally going up the back of you. o_o

Arrow on gun reads "away from face".

Lime green was my default colouring mask colour, but with the lemon yellow it kinda worked so I left it. Maybe he's got some Citra in him (maybe that's why he got the indicator boots).
I think the glasses are from an anime. I keep seeing them on LJ icons.

I think he's a fennec. A lanky one.

I actually had real fun drawing this! Also, foreshortening! :D

EDIT: As I submitted this first bars of "Superstar" by Paul Nicholas came up on my playlist and I almost choked on my tea.
