how to cope with rougher life experiences like a king: draw ur sona going through same shit

essentially several years ago i broke my spine in a riding accident and i was hospitalized for week (or two? i really cant remember). i was constantly on really heavy medication so i was in this weird sorta hazy state all the time, and i had to wear this steel frame to prevent my spine from collapsing (i had to keep wearing the frame for like a month. or three months? again i cant remember). its really demanding mentally when you cant wash yourself or take a piss without assistance.
