Dude, my god, that looks so damn awesome! How did you draw the symbols in this? It's seriously amazing!

easy... just draw one circle and one bigger circle , add random pattern on 1/4 of the ring, then just copy/paste the rest of the 3/4, if the pattern overlapped even better(overlapped image tend to look cooler :P )... finally just distort&outer glow the final result(lock the opacity and do some gradient colouring on the ring so that it look more colourful)... that about it... :P

man...I really need to know more about using Photoshop, I still suck at it...
