Commentary:
Rikku explained a small bit to his powers but there's a lot he left out because it wasn't relevant to what he was talking about. Since people are going to wonder about this already, I'm just going to say outright that he can't lift people or even the clothes they're currently wearing. I have to keep the powers somewhat balanced for the most part.

Also you're probably used to seeing Usaro speak with a green bubble while using his powers. This is just a reminder that the text color indicates that the person is using a power and the color of the bubble itself indicates what language the person is speaking.
