My Mom's always said that's normal - The enlargement of the "Knockers" as you put it. I remember her telling my sister-in-law, during her first pregnancy that happens early on.
Now that I know what your fursonna is, I'd like permission to rough out a pic (head only, I don't draw bodies well).
I would like a chance to color this one in Photoshop. If it's okay with you. If so, what colors would you like? PM me if you'd prefer.

I'm glad you are doing well, but I am saddened that you were forced to knuckled under by the constant flow of furs wishing to see your fursona pregnant. :(
But, either way, I hope you continue to feel well and this event ends well for all parties involved.
(I'm having to keep an eye on my co-worker. She is working too hard, isn't taking any advise, and is showing signs that she is farther along than she is *sigh* , and might have twins. But I am reminded of you when I see her and of her when I hear of you.)
