An awesome concept a friend and I came up with^^ poor Billy here was raised in the basement by an abusive father not knowing anything about the outside world. It was going to be a twisted comic series. Billy was never gonna talk. Instead, Billy was gonna have puppet friends that would have talked "through" him. We came up with the idea because I have a younger friend who I refer to as "sheltered", cause he's never heard of many popular things like Rob Zombie. Pink Floyd. Bob Marley, Or even the Rolling Stones!! :0 This kid must have been kept in the basement or something. lol
