Some of my pokemon dutchies may be more literal than others depending on what the design calls for, but I definitely went VERY inspired by on this dude because I had a VISION, okay?? Could not be HAPPIER. I picture the spines conducting electricity, like Jolteon's pins do? Complete with a big ol' back mohawk floof goin' on there, very sharp lines, and a dorky face because why the heck not. If you're gonna be that badass looking, then you need a lil something to even you out. :P I love them so much, oh my god.
