Was a bit of a strange opening to this one, with the brief being that i should design a character in the Lackadaisy universe,which anyone who knows it knows that the artstyle of said universe is about as far removed from mine as can be. But once i was sure that Tobi really was sure about it i hopped onto it. 1920s era isn't something that gets covered too often , so it's fun to every now and then have a picture set in that time period.

teens, twenties, and thirties are not done a lot. nor is the 40's and the propaganda years of WW2. looks good; early twentyish, Except for having to do the cars doing a twenties picture sounds interesting for me to do one, lots of wires going everywhere, typical twenties look.
I guess it is too bad JPMorgan pulled the plug on Tesla, when he invented wireless transmission of power. No need for wires at all, just screw a lightbulb into the ground and you get instant light. It sure would have made a more interesting century; no WW1 & 2, no depression, no famines in Ukraine or China, No need for Japan to conquer Asia. No need for both the failed societies of Communism or Socialism, no fascism or Police State Nazis. All because free power was anywhere on the planet!
The more difficult problems of racism and greed for power (Islam) could have been tackled, and we would have been able to have computers by 1935 and colonize mars by 1955.
