Okay, so if you’ve seen me mumbling on twitter and such you may have seen this coming but I’ve punted the prices up. Demand is still so high I can’t possibly hope to keep up with it.
Originally the slave streams were supposed to be prohibitively expensive and I thought I'd only be doing a few of these a month if I was lucky. Obviously I grossly underestimated how deep some of your wallets are and slave streams have basically cannibalised my schedule. I had planned to continue doing the usual streams and maybe have a slave stream every so often to liven things up, they were never supposed to be the norm.
Hopefully this will even things out a bit and make it so I can get back to regular streams and the slave streams can go back to being what they were intended to be, a means of bypassing the raffle.
Plus hopefully this means I can get back to the ol’ Super Smash tourneys too!

haha yeah well that's with me putting a cap on it. If I left the schedule open entirely I may very well have sold out for the rest of the year!

sorry about that, I got something like 70 forms in for this month and with me having to reschedule a bunch of people after being in the hospital, there where only like 12 slots available.
I do it via the dice rolls to keep things even but with odds like that only a hand full of people are gonna walk away with a prize.

Well, having fewer slave stream slots would add into you getting to do them regular streams more often. :P Your own fault for falling into the trap of having 4-5 slavestreams a week. xD Price isn't anything wrong with it's just that some people tend to probably split the price, thus they have "deep pockets". :P
That's true, honestly though when I do that I see how many forms I get in a month and my brain is screaming at me that I'm leaving money on the table.
I mean if your boss comes up to you and says do you want to do job A or job B, The only difference being that one pays less. well, when you're looking at the stack of bills you have to pay and your partner looking anxious you know which one you should take.
This is kind of me reaching out trying to find some equilibrium where I'm not forced into choosing one or the other.

Yeah, I can understand what you mean there.
Sadly I tend to if I had the option, to chose the one that pays less. Because when you work in the post service and is as tired about the job as I am.... Yeah, choosing the one that pays less feels so much better. xD Then again, that's how things end up when you have a boss that's seemingly somewhat senile. >.>;

It's probably fair enough to raise prices since obviously there's a lot of demand, but I think at this point it's likely not to make much difference, there are always going to be furries who have a bottomless source of disposable income, not to mention, as Nemis alluded to above, those who will split a stream to make the cost more manageable. The most surefire way to have less slave streams would be to have less openings for them, cut from four per week down to three or even two, then you'd have time open for other streams (not to mention in the event of needing a schedule change there would be more openings to switch around). I know I can say I personally would be pretty content with just getting single pictures from roulette or Smash streams most of the time since when I get a slave stream I'm usually only going in with two or three ideas that I need to get from you and the rest are just to fill in time.
I've only entered once back when it was $25 back a year and a month and a half ago (May 2017), obviously extremely satisfied. I have entered a few forms, I think maybe 4-7 forms the past year and I'm not surprised I didn't get another chance, but honestly I'm pretty content with it because of this. I'm really hoping to see a regular stream for once as well! I would have to agree with "nonsequitur" that even upping the prices may not make a huge difference because of the bottomless wallets of furries (I am not one loool) but you'll just have to see with this experiment. And tbh, IF it DOESN'T work, you could always announce a change because you're the one who decides. However, you'd have to do that a month in advance. Ya gotta have your own time too :D Again, I'd say after maybe two or three rounds (months) and it doesn't decrease by a ton then you may need a backup plan! I do hope it'll work for you man! :)
