Introducing Gwyn!
I've been wanting to make a shiny eevee character for a while now. I just love how it looks like it came out of a black and white movie or something <3 I debated for a long time what I would make my eevee like. I didn't want him to be too much like my usual jackassy characters, but I didn't want to stereotype him either.
Also I wanted to add some things to make him unique, since I'm sure plenty of people have just shiny eevees. So I added an earring and I liked it.
I also gave him 2 color eyes because I love red and purple together XD
Lastly... I decided he likes to be super cute, so I gave him a big pink bow on his tail.
Yes, he likes to look pretty, despite being a boy.
I'm still working on him, but here he is, drawn in bitmap because I thought I'd try it out XD
Oh yeah his name is Gwyn, it means White or Blessed :3
Hopefully I'll develope his personality soon enough, he's just so cute >///w//>!

*Giggles* Awww, he's absolutely adorable. I just want to scoop him up and hug him. Of course I find myself agreeing with leviadragon99. Anything that cute must have some diabolical plan scheming behind those big, innocent eyes. This is definitely the spawn of evil, though far too charming for us to worry about his intentions to destroy us all. :D

He's probably completely clueless to his obvious power of cuteness over others XD
I picture him being so flamboyant and clueless and even outgoing that he could easily smother someone in his chest fluff from hugging and not even realize that maaaaybe it's harmful XD Or like Bubbles in the powerpuff girls movie when she grabbed the cute little evil monkey and hug-shook him so much he passed out, and she looked down like 'oops?' X3
