Besides her iconic blue quasi and sleepwear from the animated movie, I grown to love Chun Li's police uniform from SFV and it's one of my favorites among her costumes.
So being a police officer, Chun Li would go patrolling on the streets, chasing down & fighting bad guys, all the while she been padded underneath her pants.

One day when Chun Li was called to investigate a crime scene destination, she drove in her police car to the site. Just when Chun Li pulled up & proceeds exiting out of her vehicle, the car door got hold of Chun Li's pants, ripped them right off her waist, and leaving Chun Li both embarrassed and her diaper exposed.
Chun Li could easily let herself back into the police car and see if she has a extra pair of pants in case of emergency, if she haven't left the keys inside. Unless Chun Li has a hidden key on her somewhere, she could either proceed investigate without any pants or punch/kick through a car window, either way it was a embarrassing moment for the 'World's Strongest Woman'.
