Yes, you´re right about updating programs, just for the moment it´s fine.
And NO, he, he... Tabasco sauce doesn´t comes from Mexico, actually it´s from USA. Even if this product are agressive spicy.
But TABASCO, is also a south city from VillaHermosa, MEXICO

When I was in the U.S.A. Army, the hispanic soldiers got me very acquainted with the various hot sauces and peppers of the world. Some of them claimed Tabasco was the only thing that made the Army MREs edible. There was a few meals that included small bottles of it.
My god Father was Egyptian and he would eat these tiny little green peppers that would bring copious tears to his eyes, and he'd be smiling all the while.
