When I first created C.C. (or is it CeeCee?), I had no idea what a sparkle dog was. I may be using the term a little loosely, but her colors and design are pretty unnatural and, dare if I say, outrageous?

They somehow get a lot of support. What I really don't like about them is that they don't let people who had their 15 minutes of drama die out and they actually promote harassing and heckling.
Unfortunately, because its the "internet" no one is going to care until/unless they get an ED page about themselves.
