Well, he's not exactly a character as much as the unfortunate outcome of an untreated head injury.
So I'm pretty sure he can't gain XP.
Although, she hasn't gone anywhere near a hospital or monastery in quite some time, so I imagine our little friend will be around for a while yet.
And I think he still has a great deal to say. :)

"You're kidding."
"Nope." The wizard sighed as he looked at the girl... then back to the puppet.
"You want a construct body."
"Right."
"And you want me to dump the pu.."
"Familiar."
"Right. The familiar's intelligence into it."
"Yes."
"So you can get married."
"Well, so we can be together. It's kind of hard to find a temple that will marry a construct to anyone, unless you dimension-shift to Sharn."
"Ah-hah." The wizard dug into his desk and pulled out a vial of whiskey. It was going to be a very long night.

It'd make sense in a certain context--the dain bramage locked away a portion of her mental acuity, which can only see the light of day through the filter of the imaginary friend. That's kind of spooky though--it could mean that the puppet is the larger portion of what's left of who she used to be.
The near eye says it all in this. The spatters just under it almost resemble tears, and the fact that it somehow conveys sadness, uncertainty, and a quiet look of thought really speaks for how well you drew her. Beyond the fact that we know she's nuts, etc., I love this pic just for that eye and the look it gives.
It's funny as hell. It's about this hoodlum boy who ends up getting a mysterious green haired girl on his hand, and they can't figure out how to fix it.
People think he broke his hand punching through a yakuza car.
Oh hell, episode 1 for you.
