So recently I was thinking of some of my own insect OC's in the Hollow Knight style, but I don't think they'd fit in very well. But then Queen Sectonia came across my mind and I had to do something with that idea.

And well, I am okay with this. I have no shame in admitting I do not have the artistic skill with which to make my idea look TRULY good, but I still gave a good effort.

Little things, the background is simply her battleground in Kirby Triple Deluxe but with the basic color scheme of the White Palace from Hollow Knight.
I gave her swords/nails that look like The Hollow Knight's mostly since they are slightly similar in shape to Sectonia's swords.
The few gemstones she is wearing are the same color as the gemstones you see at Crystal Peak in Hollow Knight.
I gave her a "mask" that has the crown attached to the top of it similar to the Pale King from Hollow Knight.
I made her wings a solid membrane to make her more insectoid.
I gave her arms since characters in Hollow Knight don't have floating Rayman hands. =P
And lastly I used colors only available on Hollow Knight enemies and characters. I would have used the red on Hornet's dress for Sectonia's heart shaped breastplate? but it clashed with everything else so I opted for grey.
