Rain is a typically jolly- and occasionally ditzy- girl who was born in a town called Beaumaris, but she moved to a different town called Blossom Park at an early age, and thus, she spent most of her life there. Her early years were pleasant and ordinary, passing by easily with the happy attitude on life she has.

She was born on a first day of spring on a rainy day, and to document that, her parents named her after the then-falling precipitation. Rain likes her whimsical sounding name, and perhaps because of the circumstances of her birth day, she also really enjoys the rain. Though most may view it as a symbol of gloominess and sadness, Rain sees it as something magical and soothing. Often times she can be seen out in the rain with her rain hat, boots, and raincoat, not caring at all if she gets a little wet. Under hair raincoat, Rain usually has a green t-shirt on with a white flower in the center, and some dark blue shorts. When it isn't rainy and the weather is clear outside, Rain still enjoys being outside and taking in the climate- at least, when it isn't cold out. She doesn't like the winter at all, and is much too bothered by the cold to consider going out in the snow.

At an early point in life, the time Rain spent outside led to her discovering she had some sort of ability to be able to make it rain whenever she dances. With her ability, she will make it rain whenever she feels a hunch from Mother Nature that rainfall is needed. The longer Rain dances, the more powerful of a storm she can summon. Hypothetically, she could create a massive storm if she wanted to, but that would take a long time of consecutive dancing, and she respects nature enough not to abuse her dances. Ironically, she also happens to be afraid of severe storms such as the hurricanes and tornadoes. Rain's dances do not work in the winter or late autumn.

Her best friend for most of her life is Sunny, who she met during the middle of her time in life as an Elementary school student. Sunny influences Rain to sometimes have her more snarky moments, but without Sunny around, Rain usually acts like her civil self. Rain can still get impatient in life, with her patience growing the shortest in cases where people show any disrespect for nature or the outdoors. Despite her outgoing personality, she's only ever been friends with Sunny, as outside of her friendship with Sunny, Rain tends to be a loner. She usually just doesn't know what to say to others.

A few other trivial things about Rain: first is her favorite food, which as out-of-left-field as it is, is bread. Ask her and she'll say she likes it cause of its variety of textures. It could be soft and fresh or it could be hard and chewy. Either way, she'll eat it all. She also tends to be barefoot, rarely ever being caught in socks, and never wearing anything over her peds under her boots. She just rolled like that when she was younger and it's stuck since. Those usually bare feet also happen to have particularly sensitive toe spaces...

And of course, she likes dancing in puddles barefoot as well. A lovely pedal sensation for her indeed.
