Thats a very well done photomanip.
If you don't mind me saying, there is one minor bit you could improve. The ears you've placed on the girl, their brightness dosn't match the lighting that is on the girl, it makes them look kinda outa place.
But it's pretty minor ^_^ Easily fixed
ANyway yeah. pretty cool regardless ^^
