I would hope you all know who MiMi the Picarto Girl is.
One of the most elaborately designed victims I've drawn. It's come to my attention most of my poses seem to be on the flat side, and this one is... not much different.

One step at a time, though, the main goal is to have fun with this stuff.

MiMi the Picarto Girl "loves to laugh," which makes her perfect as a victim. She's been on the hitlist for a while too. Consider this tickling a token of payback for all the streaming troubles she's caused.

If you can forgive my terrible photography (scanners are for the weak) then I hope you like some of the stuff I've done with this picture. Just kinda let the floating art tools do their thing for this one. Hopefully we can all broaden the amount of tickling MiMi the Picarto Girl ends up receiving.
