A typical bright and beautiful day cast itself over Melemele Island, providing the usual enjoyable weather promised to residents and tourists alike. Despite the surroundings being taken right out of a postcard, the resident of one vacation cottage at the edge of the island kept herself cooped inside. Her pale skin illustrated her time spent away from the sunlight well. Even under the Alolan sunlight, her skin always got burned instead of tanned. Still, the change of scenery from the hustle and bustle of Unova was pleasant to come back to every once in a while.
Virbank City Gym Leader Roxie was here for another special reason. While sifting through the sums of fan mail for her band, a particular letter stood out from the rest. In effeminate handwriting, a letter from somebody claiming to be the Champion of Alola had informed Roxie that they were a big fan, and that they had a proposal. A very irresistible sum was offered in exchange for the chance to record together whenever the rocker could come to the region. With her music just recently beginning to get more recognition across the regions, and proof that the letter was indeed from Alola's champion, Moon herself, from pictures included in the envelope- Roxie couldn't resist accepting. Normally, she wouldn't rush into things without thinking it through, but this was a lot of money and potentially a promotion chance with the Champion of Alola involved. With her cottage already having been turned into a miniature recording studio, everything was already ready for today. It was only a matter of waiting for Moon to arrive. For the time being, Roxie simply stretched across the sofa, socked feet propped in the air and punk music filling the room via a stereo.
Just as the rocker girl had gotten comfortable, she saw somebody out by the front door, wearing an Alolan Muk themed hat on top of her head of wavy umber hair. Her tank top sported the same theme as her hat, and considering the theme, Roxie couldn't help but like the look her visitor was sporting. Barely finding the motivation to get up, Roxie hoisted herself off the sofa and made her way to the door, easily twisting the knob on the unlocked door. Though she could have let Moon open it herself, she figured she might as well be as nice as she could for somebody promising to cough up as much money as she promised.
"Hey Roxie! It's so cool to meet you! I've been a fan ever since your album 'Koff & Weeze' got here. Y'know, it's quite different from what you usually hear in Alola, but your band has this real strong attitude that it puts as much of it as possible into every song. This is-"
Moon was interrupted by Roxie placing an index finger near the front of her lips.
"You're a lot different than most champions I've met. Very... sugar addicted, it seems," she noted with an amused grin. "I like your attitude, though- you'd fit right into the concert crowds. I'm already completely set up for recording. Tell me what you have in mind."
"Oh, yeah, well you see... um, do you have a bathroom around here?" Moon asked with a sudden spice of anxiety that was familiar to Roxie from when nervous fans went up to her.
"Heh, sure Champ. Right down the little hall over there."
"Eheheh, thanks."
Moon slipped out of her black and white sneakers and took off her cap before she officially walked into her favorite band's leader's Alolan home. Clumsily, she practically skied across the wooden floor with her socks to cool off from her initial encounter with Roxie. She closed the bathroom door, harder than she realized she should have, and took some heavy breaths.
"Mimikyu," she whispered, pressing the button on the Poke Ball that was in her pocket.
A blue glow took shape of a floppy, Pikachu-like entity that was indeed Mimikyu, Moon's primary partner in crime in her current objective today.
"Oh Mimikyu, Roxie isn't just some familiar face like a trial captain or a friend. She's like... the coolest rocker in the world. I'm not sure if I have the confidence to go through with this," Moon sighed. "What do you think?"
In response, Mimikyu hopped across the floor and used its Shadow Claw tendrils to scratch at the door. Moon sighed once more, realizing Mimikyu was completely intent in executing their little scheme. It was like a little itch that couldn't be scratched away. Moon, and now, all of her Pokemon, were intent on carrying out their nasty little desires all across Alola. It was weird, for sure, but Moon felt as long as she didn't go extremely overboard and compensated for her horny little escapades later on, the light would stay green in terms of people still liking her. Now that she had gotten this far, she might as well reel in the line that Roxie had taken the bait from.
"Alright Mimikyu, let's go," Moon ordered, sucking up any nervous feelings about the plan.
Mimikyu boarded its trainers shoulder like a two-legged taxi and took in the new surroundings as it was driven across the cottage.
"Roxie? Roxie, where are you??" called Moon, not seeing the punk girl anywhere in the main living room.
"Over here," Roxie's raspy voice signaled, "just to the left of where you entered the cottage."
Upon entering the room she was directed to, the sounds of cords being shifted around filled the atmosphere. The floor and carpet looked particularly clean. In fact, the whole room had an element of color and brightness that made it look as if nobody had ever even set foot in there before. Inside was an assortment of music-oriented items such as a stereo, a corner to the left with a small stockpile of instruments that included Roxie's signature Whirlipede guitar, and even a microphone danging from the ceiling for recording.
"This is my little Alolan recording studio. Aside from the wires, I try to keep this place as neat as possible. This room is pretty important to me, after all," Roxie explained. "Tell me: what're we doing today? And who's that on your shoulder?"
Moon looked over to Mimikyu, sporting its pink bow today. Its cloth flopped over in the direction toward the ground, yet the Pokemon itself somehow managed to keep a firm grip on her shoulder. Putting on a more confident face, Moon lowered herself to the ground briefly to bring Mimikyu back down to the ground. She rubbed her arm, and inadvertently avoiding eye contact, mumbled,
"Oh, that's Mimikyu and we... we're gonna... well..."
"A little shy fan girl like you is the Champion of Alola?" teased Roxie. "Relax, I'm not a TOTAL punk like I sound like in my albums. I'd be glad to work with you."
"Hey!" Moon perked up in reaction to the shot taken to her shyness. "If I'm gonna be honest, I really like your voice. The instrumentals really do a good job backing up your vocals, but at the center of it all is a delightfully raspy but passionate singing voice. So to save you some extra work, this is going to be a little bit of a... um, a 'singing' session of sorts. Trust me, it'll only be for an hour and then I'll give you the promised 800,000 PokeDollars in return."
This time, Roxie found herself being the one to shy down, a modest blush spanning across her freckled face.
"I don't think any of my fans have ever listed my vocals as the best part of our music. I'm real flattered, Champ," Roxie muttered. "I'd be glad to work with you for as long as you need, especially for that type of money."
"Well that makes things even better, then," Moon practically cheered with unintentional theater-level enthusiasm, "because with Mimikyu's help, we should be able to get all of the laug- I mean, all the vocals I need for some... special reasons. Now, since you have a microphone hanging so low to the floor, I think it'd be easiest of you just sat down and got comfortable. I won't let you have it any other way."
Moon found a small, plush pillow at the corner, and quickly swiped it to provide Roxie a seat before anything could be said.
"Um, if you say so. The mic's already on, but I can edit out this conversation later for you," Roxie proposed.
"That'd be very helpful. In fact, I'd say we're almost good to go. Mimikyu... work your magic!" commanded the brunette.
Roxie turned her attention toward the toyish-looking Ghost type at the corner of the room, and almost gasped as multiple Shadow Claws jetted out from its underside. Like a Combee, Mimikyu got to work very quickly, using three dark tentacles to grab an unplugged extension cord and... wrap them around Roxie's body to bind her?!
"What the in the flying Foongus is going on here?!" Roxie suddenly roared.
Moon squeaked at the sudden attitude increase. She considered maybe leaving this one be, but she was coughing up eight hundred thousand Poke Dollars, and Mimikyu had already secured the wire's bind around Roxie- shoulders to legs. At this point, she carried on to the tradition of positioning her victim's soon-to-be ravaged feet onto her lap, as she sat down on the plush carpet.
"D-Don't get too alarmed, Roxie. I can see if I have enough to increase the sum by a hundred thousand if this doesn't sit well with you," Moon attempted to negotiate.
"This is definitely not sitting well with me until you tell me what you and your animated snot rag are doing," Roxie growled.
Non-ceremoniously, Moon yanked off Roxie's long, snaky socks. A soft and clean cotton, they were striped sky blue and neon purple just like Roxie's top. Although Moon would have preferred to indulge in the slow, built-up reveal of her victim's bare feet, apparently getting straight to the point would have to do. Still, it quite literally aroused her interest to see a pair of decently sized, pale treasures peppered with pretty piggies that splayed at the feel of the cool breeze coming from the fan at the other side of the room. Mimikyu took the time to use more of the extension cord to tie down the rest of the rocker's legs until they ended at a tie around the big toes. Roxie, wrapped up like a present in her own extension cord, struggled to break free or even loosen her bind. Maybe it was because she wasn't a black belt that she couldn't get out at all. Or maybe it had to do with some potential extra training that Mimikyu had gone through to learn how to do all of that.
"Roxie, I haven't been all that fair with you," Moon fessed up. "My Pokemon and I are on a little quest across Alola that involves the reason you've lost your socks and have a cord wrapped around you. We just happen to be really into tickling, and it's our little mission to put a laughing face on everybody we meet. I know, it sounds a pretty silly, but trust me- Mimikyu and I will not cross any lines."
"I can think of a few lines you two have already crossed," grumbled Roxie.
"If you want, Mimikyu and I can leave, but I really am a big fan. We'd be leaving with our large cache of money, of course..."
Roxie's mind mentally called back the many plans she had for that money that she had been promised if she did go through with this. New instruments, improved promotion, gym upgrades, and a sea of other possibilities that four fifths of a million Poke Dollars could give her access to.
"Alright, fine. You'd better have all that cash though," Roxie gave in.
"Oh my gosh, thank you Roxie!" Moon squealed. "I have plenty of cash to spare- do you have any idea how many battles we've won?"
"Let's just get this over with."
At the sound of those words, Mimikyu eagerly hopped on Roxie's legs and summoned a pair of its Shadow Claw extensions to dig right into the soft, helpless treasures of tickle spots.
"Pft, that doesn't tickle too... bad.... N-Not... a... single... bahahahahaaa!" Roxie failed to resist.
In spite of the hot water Moon found herself in, she couldn't help but smile at the sound of Roxie's laugh. Just like her singing voice: raspy but with some element of passion. Sure, that passion might have been a burning disgust toward Moon, but to the tickling trainer, it added that element of beauty to her victim's laugh.
"Aw, she's got the cutest little punk laugh ever," cooed Moon. "Don't you agree, Mimikyu?"
Mimikyu sounded its haunted giggly noise in response to the question. It dug its Shadow Claws ever so thoroughly into Roxie's soles, which were soft as marshmallows from their time within such heavy boots. Both tickly tendrils terrorized and teased Roxie's ticklish toes and soles. After all of this waiting to latch its claws onto a new victim, Mimikyu had grown particularly relentless with its intensity, arguably applying more pressure than Moon's skilled fingers were.
"Fuahahahahaaa! You motherfaaaHAHAHAHAAA!" Roxie squealed as Mimikyu's claws slithered through her toes.
"Yep, you're laugh is even cuter than Sun's. I didn't even know that was possible! If only I had some way to record your laughter so I could listen to it over and over again..." teased Moon. "Oh wait... I do!"
Roxie perked up at the sound of those words, and turned her attention to the microphone dangling at arm's length from her face. She quickly realized that Moon was recording her laughter right now. Whatever for, Roxie didn't want to think about.
"You creeheeheep! I hate you!!" fired Roxie. "Damn it! Pleeheeheease stop tickling me!"
"Not when I'm paying you 800k, sister! And I do believe you said that you'd 'be glad to work with me for as long as I need," Moon recalled. "And I think I might just 'need' you and your ticklish little feet all day, so tickle, tickle, tickle!"
Roxie broke into hysterical laughter as Mimikyu scratched her toes with one Shadow Claw tentacle and raked her sole with another. Moon squeezed her tickling fingers into her victim's plush right foot. Having gotten comfortable, Moon put on her "indulged tickler" face as she watched Roxie's toes splay.
"Well, what do you know, Mimikyu- her laughter has that same charm as her singing!" noted Moon.
"You JERK! T-Turn this mic off! C'mooonn! PleeheeHEASE!" laughed Roxie from within her wiry prison.
"Heehee, nah. Besides, you should see your cute laughter face right now. You look like you're having so much fun."
"I'm not having any fun you... d-dim witted... PFFAHAHA... d-dense... dumb... dahahaft... dippy, dorkish... doltish... d-doohoofehehehehus!"
Moon only giggled at the insult, however, merely amused by Roxie's protest.
"As much fun as this is, I still don't think you're laughing as hard as you could be," she began, "so... Mimikyu?"
Perking up its cloth ears, Mimikyu produced another Shadow Claw tentacle, the sight of which made Roxie almost groan. Surely, she'd already been through enough, hadn't she? She asked herself this, but it sure seemed like the answer was not the one in her favor. Mimikyu's third tentacle was not an extra hand for tickling, as it turned out. Instead, it held in it a toothbrush and a hairbrush. Moon took the tools from her partner and twirled the toothbrush in particular by its handle in her fingers.
"Alright, Mimikyu, why don't you use your third little set of claws there to keep tormenting our little victim's foot. I'm gonna play a little game with the other one," Moon explained.
"You're gonna whahahahat?" questioned Roxie in between her giggles.
"Well, while you're having your laughter recorded, I figure we may as well get some music in there too. So... sing anything that comes to your mind. Humor me, it's for 800,000 Poke Dollars, remember?"
In this situation, through all of her giggling and laughing, Roxie was already tired and annoyed at how she had been lured here. Although Moon didn't technically break any promises yet, there was obviously something annoying about being tickled like this by surprise. With tickling, she went from a tough punk rocker down a little giggly girl. Despite all of that, her tormentor wanted her to SING now?
"You've gotta be kidding meeeEEEHEEHEE! AAAAAAHHH!" Roxie screeched as the malicious bristles of Moon's toothbrush scrubbed across her right sole. Swishing sounds were created as the brush's bristles collectively connected to their target's pale, plush feet. With one hand, Moon held back Roxie's toes to make them as taut as she could. It made the nerve endings that much more vulnerable to the toothbrush's tickly wrath, and it certainly succeeded in increasing Roxie's torture. Just like with her real teeth, Moon made sure that the brush trailed in small circles, and in as many places as possible. The arches were attacked, the toes were terrorized, and the heels were harassed.
"C'mon, let's hear it..." Moon egged on.
How she was supposed to sing properly while laughing, Roxie had no idea. Unfortunately, Moon made a good point. The rocker sucked up her bitter feelings toward this and kept in mind that she was doing this for the money. Still, if her tormentor said she could sing 'anything that came to her mind...'
"F-fuck it! D! O! G! A! R! S! DOGARS! Dee... eeheeHEEHEE STOP DOING THAT!" Roxie protested, referring to her victim spiking up the intensity of the torment when she tried to speak. It was as if Moon didn't actually even want Roxie to be able to speak through her laughter. A suspicion that would have been confirmed if Roxie hadn't missed the wink Moon made to Mimikyu signalling it to bring out a fourth clawed tendril.
"Oh well, if you don't wanna sing for me, I guess we can just skip ahead to the next tool," Moon "compromised."
"Tool? For tickleeheeheeeeee... tickling?! You can't be seri-AAAAAHAHAAA! FUHUHUHUHUCK!"
Moon grinned a toothy grin as she swiftly swapped her toothbrush for her a much more tickly hairbrush. With rougher and more merciless bristles, the brunette happily ravaged Roxie's peds with the devious tool. Her grip on Roxie's toes still remained strong, holding the pale piggies in their own prison of restraint to give the hairbrush an easier time assaulting the nerve endings.
"Scrub, scrub, scrub!" jingled Moon "I don't know why I was ever nervous about this, adorable little victims like you are exactly what I love the most! Tell me how much it tickles, Roxie. I wanna know."
Between Mimikyu's four skilled and ruthless pokey tickle-claws ravaging one sole and its trainer's powerful tickle tool scrubbing across her taut sole, Roxie found herself surprised to not be broken by the tickling itself. The way it was making her laugh like sissy certainly wasn't sitting well with her or her lungs, but it was the teasing that was really pushing her over the edge. The high pitched, degrading words fired her way were the ultimate elements that made Roxie unable to help but squeal:
"MERCY! P-Please I'll do ahahanything ehehehelse! Just quit tickling my feeheeheet, and I'll do anything you want for the moneeheeheeheey!" she urged, struggling in her snug restraints, not even caring that the microphone was picking up her helpless laughter to be used to fulfill Moon's twisted fantasies.
"Whoo, another victim broken! Heheh, good work, Mimikyu!" Moon cheered.
Mimikyu seemed to smile at the little success. Ever since Moon planned this little encounter alongside with Mimikyu on the day she wrote that letter to Roxie, the two were determined to take their favorite rocker out for a wild, giggly ride. Moon's hunch of adorable, raspy laughter was correct, and the reward of the recorded squeals and protests made it all the better. The only issue was making sure Roxie didn't try to bite Moon's head off at the end of the whole thing. Hopefully it could be solved by increasing the commission payment by 200,000 Poke Dollars, or by apologizing to Roxie on her knees. Whatever worked.
Until then, the torment still had hours left until its duration was over, and thus, poor Roxie was left to sweat, shed tears of laughter, and sound off her squeals and giggles into the microphone until her crazed tormentor felt like stopping.
And deep down, Roxie knew that wouldn't be for a while.

Hope you liked the story, or read it for that matter. I have confidence you did. If you didn't... oh well, what am I gonna do about it? Whine?
Roxie is definitely not as... Alolan as the rest of the Lees in this series, but I wanna sorta explore other victims. Plus a LONG time ago some people on Discord were like "Whoa somebody should draw Roxie." That got her into the lineup. Now, hopefully the story didn't make Moon look too mean-spirited. I can get particular about that myself. Perhaps if Roxie was acting a little bit more rude toward Moon it would have been better, but I'll admit, I'm too lazy to go back and rewrite it. This isn't an English paper, after all.
I hope I've gotten a little better at drawing these pics. The first picture of this series I did, Moon looked... uh... horrible. In the third one, she looked probably worse. In the first two pics, the Lees looked pretty off too. Hopefully I've improved a bit since then. I like how Roxie came out, save for the uneven stripes on her... top- idk what it's called. I probably should have drawn more visible undergarments, but trust me, they're there. I also realized I've been using Mimikyu a lot. Mainly cause of the part where it's easy to draw and you can position its Shadow Claws however you want. Hopefully, the room they're in doesn't look too boring, either. Not my proudest range of colors- I think I'm too afraid to take risks and use brighter colors. Lastly... Roxie's in a pretty generic pose. But Moon's was quite the challenge, so I'm glad I got that one down.
Regardless, I'm satisfied with how this one came out at the moment. Roxie's adorable, I like the way the wires came out, Moon looks way better than she did in the first pic I drew her in, and if I have to admit- I like seeing the shape of Moon's feet through her socks.
I hope you enjoy this pic, and I aim to get some Halloween ideas pumped out toward or at the end of the month. See you then.
Roxie, Moon, Mimikyu, and "Doggars" belong to Game Freak, Pokemon, Nintendo, The Pokemon Company, Creatures, etc.
