There used to be a game that we played in English Class when I was a kid. The desks were arranged in a circle and we sat down. On a large piece of paper folded in such a way that you could only read the previous sentence we each added a sentence and folded the paper over. Once everyone had had a turn the teacher would read our combined story out to us all much to our amusement. It was a lot of fun and in later years I played this same game as a teenager and again with a group of like minded adults. It was a hoot and a lot of fun. The smiles that this simple silly game generated at any age showed us all that we were all writers together. This game to me depicts the beginning of the concept that 'We are all writers together.'
