This horse is still stuck in my head. I really hope he finds a good home.

Poking around with watercolor again. I do like watercolor. It just feels right under my brush.
Yeah, I know the scan could be better, but with my nice high-end scanner on the fritz, I had to use Baron's little HP. The HP is good for quick scans of black and whites and stuff for quickie markups for clients, but the scans it produces are not up to snuff in my book for use for prints. I'll probably re-scan and repost once I get a new scanner. But for now, at least this is archived here. ^.^
** New scan uploaded.

heh! Life imitates art, apparently.
Actually the horse is real. He's a Percheron/Paint cross and needs a home. If you know any horse people who might be interested, pass his info along.

*tips hat* You'd expect Idaho to have more horse ranches (or more glue factories [sorry, bad joke]), but no. I don't know anyone. Still, I'm genuinely impressed at what you can do with watercolor. I recall being able to imitate a cloudy sky once before saying "F*CK THIS!" lighting my sheet on fire (which is much harder than you'd think with watercolor), and drawing a robot stomping on a watercolor set.
