One of the Lucario that I trained in my DS games. I've got eight of them that I've used over the years, and I'm going to draw all of them!
The third one is Rasengan! His name comes from Naruto's aura-esque attack, and as you can guess, he is a special attacker. His spikes are the smallest of the group's, but he is also taller than the others, and has the largest ears and arm shackles. He wears the Wise Glasses into battle.
