This is Hijiyo Kazeyama, A servant of a Prince whom of which is in need of both a name change and design change. I made him only because I wanted more diversity and ended up making him a Panda. In his past life, he was mistreated and was very poor until the prince whom I will never name, showed up to take him under his wing.
