And another piece of art.
I have no idea why I am feeling like creating so much right now. Probably a good thing to not ask, just do.
In this one i wanted the focus of the image to be her hair more than anything else. Which is done with four layers of Screentone, as well as a soft eraser, in order to create the effect I was trying to find. There was minor emphasis placed on her body, mostly just shading, and some placed on her face. Personally, I have taken a liking to do very stark, dark, powerful faces. Especially the eyes.
You may notice I did not list this as a human. The reason for that is I thought of her as a Lamia when I initially was working on her. Though, I was also told she looked like she could be a Mermaid, so I left her a little ambiguous in that regard, and hopefully you can see either you wish, or if you are lucky, both.
Hint for anyone out there, and reminder to my future self. Pay close attention to your resolution and pixel dimensions if you are going to work in a size different from your usual. Especially if you use Screentone. Screentone density is directly proportional to your resolution, and what effect you may be used to at one resolution will not be the same at another.
As usual, questions, comments, other considerations are more than welcome. Thank you.
