Redesigned my Raichu child so he's not so rough
He's a little more femme but its better than being super scruffy

Whiskurr is a feral/wild Raichu previously captured by a young trainer, and was unfortunately evolved before said trainer could handle him. He was left in a pokeball and eventually became trapped as it slowly deteriorated causing a corruption in its programming. This corruption spread to Whisk before he was forcibly ejected from the ball. As a side effect he will run loose, and has little empathetic abilities

it takes great patience to capture and train this Raichu
