Dunno if that's a TV or a window, but someone's being plagued by some monster in it.

Racecar trophy. May not be a easter egg. As a side note, I don't know how puppets work but I feel like the arms wouldn't dangle all the way down like that, if it's hanged from above.

The racecar is actually an old Lego Star Wars landspeeder.
That's a good point about the puppet but that point changes when you realize that's another one of his characters who is an evil, murderous version of Pinochio, so his arms do wn could mean he's ready to attack... Or just read a book.
