You should look into updating your graphics card if you have a stock one. SL is very demanding. A G-card that has 500MB or better works best (i also have a few feral and anthro wolf avatars, a Mekan Werewolf and some anthro and feral Dragons too) My Werehouse Dire Wolf is rideable..and all have working bits (i used to make and sell yiffy beds and portable sex HUDS)
