A line of Snowbird CT114 aircraft. This is the first time I’ve watched them fly on this specific weekend in 13 years.

There are a couple key differences. Pilots are drawn from any active squadron, not just Fighter Squadrons. Administration and support staff are drawn from all three services. The aircraft aren’t frontline fighters. There is no additional support aircraft for the team. (No “Fat Albert” as it were.)
They were a season behind the Roulettes, 6 ahead of the Thunderbirds, and 14 ahead of the Blue Angels with their first female pilot.
But the big one is: all 9 flying Tutors will be nearly drowned out by a single Blue Angel, or Thunderbird.
