I tried to make him look as twisted and wrong as I absolutely could! Good to see I managed! I can't even begin to describe the evil Vulthoom is capable of. He is the most evil villain I have ever created, and I think he is the most evil character I have ever seen in any media. xD

You guessed it right on the nose! Vulthoom has no remorse, no sorrow over the things he does. Any good he ever had is long gone and he revels in the suffering of others. It started young, too. He likes torturing small animals if he could get ahold of them... The more they struggled and screamed, the more he liked it, and he never outright killed them... Instead leaving them to die slowly and painfully. He does this to his victims, rarely outright killing a victim unless they are a clear threat. He revels in power, he likes finding strong Dhaebru, stubborn Wardens and kind souls.... And breaking them. Reducing them to traumatized shadows of their former selves,sometimes so thoroughly breaking his victims that they can hardly speak anymore and can only rock in a corner staring off into space, entirely unresponsive. And that... That's just a drop in the bucket compared to the evil he is not only capable of, but does joyfully.
