Last year I FINALLY got round to making a proper reference for Locke in his humanoid form and Royal Dreamer attire, poor guy it's long overdue. He is a Religan and this is as human as they get, they're winged quadrupeds normally.

The marking on his shoulder signifies his first school of magic completed was Fallow
Glowing eyes and antlers are not normal for Religan, it is another status of being a Fallow magic user
Wings showing up in this form (Let alone like this) is also not normal and again is his Fallow magic
