One of my concept art/character design pieces I did for animation that I didn't end up doing.

Background info for the animation was a Black Mirror type concept, where everyone has these enhanced technology pieces (represented by the off/on symbol you can see on the side of his head) that can have certain things uploaded to them via cds.
though real cds are often expensive and so there also exist illegal copies which can result in hardware corruption, which would make the off/on symbol appear red instead of the usual green.

This story centered around this dude whose hardware corrupts and it results in him seeing monsters (which are really just other people) and so to protect himself he kills them. The story ends by him being killed by police.
