While I am hammering out some artwork for a friend of mine,
here's something for you nostalgia buffs.
If you seen these guys as kids or on YouTube, you know them!
If not, from left to right:
Dingbat the Vampire Dog, Nobody the Pumpkin, and Sparerib the Skeleton.
All three are ©Ruby-Spears.

To be more precise, Dingbat and the Creeps never had their own series, but served as a B-side (or second track, to switch my metaphor from vinyl to digital) on the one-season wonder, Heathcliff and Dingbat. While the Heathcliff cartoon would go on to be paired with Marmaduke before joining up with the Catillac Cats, Dingbat and his friends faded into obscurity.
Here's a brief clip of Dingbat and the Creeps in action. The voice cast is all-star: Dingbat is voiced by Frank Welker (Dynomutt, Scooby-Doo's Freddy, most recent Scooby-Doo), while Sparerib and Nobody are voiced by Don Messick (original voice of Scooby, second voice of Scrappy).
