did this to get myself moving (artwise) - a doodle of Agent Cutter from SOMBRA. (a side character in the Happenstance world).

Out of the very lethal field agents in the good-guy shadow organization, he's probably the one least likely to murder you while playing Bad Cop Interrogations. He does have an innate super power where he can channel and create spirit blades from his body (hence his moniker). He tends to form them more in martial weapons (as that's something he can practice with without using his powers).

He's also fairly quick with the level headed jest ... in a lot of ways foiling him against the ever grim revenant Admiral Graves.
