In 2016 I started journaling daily. Part of that writing process has been to write 3 things I am grateful for each morning.
I've been sharing those three things along with my new artwork each Mon-Fri.
This practice has benefited me artistically as well as emotionally. My hope is that by sharing this, you guys can feel some of those good vibes during your week too!

somewhen late 80's a german record label re-released a series of rock records under a "Rock Lions" brand. their mascot was a fairly humanoid, nude, male, lion with a rock guitar before him, giving the \m/ sign. I was at german army service when I found those records at flea markets and was this close to have that kitty tattooed onto my shoulder... alas, I have a funky skin condition and me and tatooist both decided not to risk it. :P
